Automotive Mechanical Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanical Repairer to join our team at Upper Brant Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and completing reports to record problems and work performed.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose issues with mechanical units, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Repair and Replace Parts: Use your technical expertise to repair or replace faulty parts and components, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
- Complete Reports: Accurately document all work performed, including problems encountered and solutions implemented.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
- Education: A certificate or diploma in a related field, such as automotive repair or a related trade.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
