About the Role:
CareCorp Seniors Services is seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in one of our long-term care facilities. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
- Administer medications and provide nursing care to residents
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality care
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the well-being of our residents
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in dementia care (preferred)
