About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and costs are minimized.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
