About the Role

CWB Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction and execute on plans to continuously build the client experience, in line with CWB's brand promise.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and assistance with banking needs, including responding to requests and delivering regular follow-up.
  • Administer sales activities, marketing campaigns, local market initiatives, and ad hoc work as needed to support the team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Business and cash management market knowledge of local markets and national economies built on a foundation of some formal education in business administration or commerce and real-life experience.
  • Knowledge of cash management, deposit, and investment products with an awareness of Payment Canada Rules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
