Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset
