Your Role as an Orthodontic Dental Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontic Dental Nurse to join our team at Sutton Coldfield Total Orthodontics. In this role, you will provide essential clinical support to our dentists and orthodontists, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- Clinical Support: Provide chair-side assistance during orthodontic procedures, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for patients.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict CQC guidelines and maintain meticulous patient records, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Patient Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with patients and addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in instrument decontamination procedures and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Administrative Support: Handle reception duties as required, ensuring smooth patient flow and communication.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will possess the following:
- GDC Registration
- Proven experience as an Orthodontic Dental Nurse
- Knowledge of Orthotrac software is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
