Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Motorcoach Driver to transport employees from in-town to the mine and return. The ideal candidate will have a valid class 1 or 2 driver's license with airbrake endorsement, minimum 2 years of commercial highway driving experience, and a clear driver's abstract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport employees safely and efficiently from in-town to the mine and return
  • Operate a motorcoach in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and report any issues to the maintenance team
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transportation services

Requirements

  • Valid class 1 or 2 driver's license with airbrake endorsement
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial highway driving experience
  • Clear driver's abstract
  • Clear criminal record and pre-employment drug and alcohol test results
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience operating vehicles on difficult terrain (logging roads, etc.) considered an asset
  • Mechanical aptitude
