Job Title: Pharmacy Aide

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team at Westpark IDA Drugs. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, and providing support to our pharmacists.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of prescription information and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • Provide support to our pharmacists, including preparing medications for clients and assisting with compound and packaging tasks.
  • Enter client information into our database and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory.
  • Bill third-party insurers and maintain accurate records of payments and accounts.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
