Position Overview

As a Satellite Communication Systems Installer at THINK 2 GO INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our telecommunications systems. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and identify faults in telecommunications equipment, making necessary adjustments, replacements, or repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure the proper operation of telecommunications devices.
  • Analyze test results, making adjustments or repairs to switching systems, networks, and associated software.
  • Maintain comprehensive test and service reports for accountability.
  • Identify the nature and location of technical issues.
  • Utilize computerized testing systems to perform service tests on customer lines and equipment.
  • Perform work at heights, including climbing poles and ladders.
  • Manage the connection, disconnection, and relocation of cable outlets.
  • Determine and assign work tasks effectively.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Standard Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
