The successful candidate will engage in a comprehensive scope of practice, which includes inpatient and outpatient services, as well as telehealth consultations for remote areas. Responsibilities will also encompass providing support for various Mental Health Programs throughout the Central Zone. The role requires participation in Emergency on-call duties.
Applicants should possess recent and relevant experience across all areas of practice expected in this position.

Licensing Requirements: All physicians intending to practice in Alberta must possess a valid license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta or a Notification of Eligibility Letter from the CPSA.
Required Competencies:
- Recent independent practice experience (within the last 12 months) as the Most Responsible Physician for a diverse patient population.
- Experience in providing after-hours inpatient care within the past 24 months.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
