Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Stonewater Group of Franchises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including evaluating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and determining type of services to be offered.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
