FundThrough is seeking a highly proficient and driven Senior Analyst to enhance our vibrant Portfolio Management division. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing and evaluating the performance of our client accounts, ensuring that our portfolio remains strong, compliant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute thorough assessments of current client accounts, concentrating on critical performance indicators such as dilution, overdue balances, and growth in balances.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), as well as bank statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to evaluate financial stability and pinpoint potential risks.
  • Assess tax and lien risks linked to client accounts and perform meticulous reviews of invoice verification to guarantee accuracy, strength, and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Services, Risk, and other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to portfolio management and client satisfaction. Engage in client discussions to review financial performance and offer actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver well-organized reports and recommendations, even in scenarios with incomplete data, to facilitate timely and strategic decision-making.
  • Review and authorize account evaluations within designated authority limits, or escalate recommendations for accounts that exceed authority thresholds, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proven experience in reviewing financial statements, bank statements, and performance metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and remarkable problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
