About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Learner to join our team. In this role, you will perform aircraft mechanical maintenance, repairs, and overhauls, ensuring adherence to industry standards, company policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Execute aircraft mechanical maintenance, repairs, and overhauls in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Complete all associated documentation accurately and comprehensively, adhering to Transport Canada Regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process Standards (CPS), and all relevant maintenance manuals.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Qualifications
- Possess a Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or the applicable governing body).
- Have 0-48+ months of experience performing AME duties.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with fluency in written and verbal English.
- Exhibit proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
- Possess specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft or systems and components within the Avionics field.
- Maintain a commitment to quality control standards and safe work practices.
