About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Specialist to join our team at Creative Masters Framing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of framing work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Construct Framing Layouts
    • Measure and mark wood according to building codes and specifications
    • Assemble and join wood and other materials to create framing structures
  • Supervise and Assist Team Members
    • Oversee the work of other framing specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
    • Ensure that all team members are working safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and Repair Existing Structures
    • Inspect and repair damaged or worn-out framing components
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity of our structures
  • Estimate and Order Materials
    • Accurately estimate the quantity of materials needed for each project
    • Order materials from suppliers and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • At least 7 months of experience in framing or a related field
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
    • Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
    • Good physical stamina and endurance
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable
    • Strong client focus and communication skills
    • Good judgement and decision-making skills
