About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at RUNNING GEAR AUT CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Office Organization and Maintenance
    • Label, file, and retrieve documents in a secure and organized manner.
    • Organize and schedule office work to ensure smooth operations.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks.
    • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week in a permanent work arrangement.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
