We are currently seeking skilled Class 1 truck drivers in the 100 Mile House area to join our dynamic team.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: $73,500 - $100,000 annually

As an Arrow wood fibre driver, you will primarily operate in local areas, transporting wood fibre via super B train trailers. Your cargo will include wood chips, sawdust, and hogfuel. You'll navigate various highways in the Interior of British Columbia, such as Hwy 1 - Coquihalla, Hwy 5, and Hwy 97.
- Supervise cargo handling and load securing, conduct equipment checks, adhere to safety protocols, and comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections on the equipment, ensuring safety, compliance, and roadworthiness
- Adhere to laws governing safe operations, load securing, driver's hours, occupational health and safety, transportation of hazardous materials, and weight restrictions
- Maintain and review all essential documentation, such as bills of lading, to guarantee completeness and accuracy
- Utilize equipment like truck cab computers, two-way radios, and phones to communicate critical information with bases, supervisors, and fellow drivers
- Keep electronic logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and repair statuses
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers, colleagues, and the public
- Positive demeanor
- Valid Class 1 truck driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract with no suspensions
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Minimum of two professional references
- Prior B train experience is advantageous
- Previous mountain driving experience is a plus
