Responsabilités

· Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et répondre à leurs questions d'ordre général

· Gérer les transactions en caisse avec précision et efficacité

· Soutenir la mise en œuvre de promotions et de programmes de l'entreprise

· Traiter les transactions en argent comptant et par carte de crédit

· Garder la zone de la caisse propre et bien approvisionnée en fournitures essentielles

Compétences requises

· Esprit d'équipe et bonnes aptitudes pour la communication

· Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement dynamique

· Débrouillard(e) et courtois(e) lorsque les clients et clientes demandent des renseignements

· Motivé(e) à apprendre de nouvelles choses et à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
