The Marsh Early Career Program is a two-year career development opportunity for recent graduates. This program provides top industry training and access to dedicated development resources while working in one of our Marsh brokerage operations.
What to Expect
Welcome to the Marsh Early Career Program. We're committed to empowering interns and recent graduates to shape their own career path right from the start. Our program team provides the platform and dedicated support you need to thrive in your career and make a significant impact immediately within your role.
Choosing Your Career Path
Before joining Marsh, you'll choose between two career paths – Account Associate or Client Relationship Associate. We'll guide you through the application and interview process with micro-learning sessions to help you understand each role.
Your Role
As a Client Relationship Associate, your focus will be on account management:
- Retaining existing clients and acquiring new business.
- Providing day-to-day account services.
As an Account Associate, your focus will be in brokering:
- Handling interactions with insurance markets and clients.
- Providing technical knowledge of risks and insurance coverage products.
A Typical Day
- Partnering with Account Executives and Brokers to create strategies for renewing current business.
- Evaluating insurance quotes and comparing coverage offerings.
- Negotiating terms and coverages with underwriters.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and global insurance markets.

Application Requirements
- Current Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2024 to June 2025.
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
