Job Summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our manufacturing operations in Oakville, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform departmental cost analysis and reporting to support operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with operations teams to analyze and report on manufacturing variances and gaps.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate the annual budget cycle and monthly estimating process.
  • Perform account reconciliations and support indirect vendor cost analysis.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to support financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of financial analyst experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
