About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at Boutique Awesome. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage our audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote events, fundraisers, and information sessions.
  • Communication Strategy: Evaluate and optimize our communication strategies to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the preparation of public written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Team Management: Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Development: Plan and develop projects to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
What We Offer
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 15-37.5 hours per week.
