We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations at PRABHSIMRAN CONSTRUCTION LTD. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Supervision: Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 office support staff.
Core Duties
  • Assess and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the office.
  • Oversee compliance with policies related to information access and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including logistics for accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data for regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
