Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Mayflower Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, delivering preventive services, and promoting oral health education.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services to ensure optimal oral health outcomes.
  • Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
  • Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on maintaining good oral hygiene.
  • Establish and maintain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on individual patient needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing.
  • Valid CPR certification.
