Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and face products within the store to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Perform general food store duties, including housekeeping, opening, and closing procedures.
- Process transactions through our Point of Sale system, including tobacco and lottery sales as needed.

- You are willing to work all shifts scheduled, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.
