About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Use merchandising standards to create visually appealing displays and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on the sales floor, provide product recommendations, and create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, and manage product returns to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform daily store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organization, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in specialty retail or a similar industry.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience and providing personalized service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
