Job SummaryThe Customer Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for our clients, requiring strong customer service skills and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, accurate quotes, and clear communication with technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to determine the nature of mechanical problems and estimated time required.
- Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, contacting customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and new quotes.
- Assist the service manager as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Speak fluent English and Punjabi (or Hindi).
- Have some knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Be proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Exhibit superior customer service skills.
- Be flexible to work retail business hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Be professional, dependable, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Full-time, permanent position.
