Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the development of new features and capabilities for various web platforms, including customer, local solar partner, and operations interfaces.
- Lead the buildout of our marketing site using Gatsby and Strapi, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design and implement digital experiences for diverse user roles, including homeowners, business owners, local solar partners, and financiers.
- Architect and implement web platforms for various stakeholders, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Tackle unknown challenges and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
- 5+ years of professional frontend experience, with a proven track record of leading development in large projects and building from scratch.
- Expertise in React and React hooks, with the ability to create effective user experiences without a dedicated UX designer.
- Fluency in technical English, with Spanish being a valuable asset.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior startup experience and product intuition, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Experience with GraphQL, Typescript, Figma/InVision, and product analytics.
- Flexible remote work arrangement within a 3-hour time difference from CST.
