Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food and other items to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a permanent position with a variable schedule, requiring the ability to work 35 to 44 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize delivery routes.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands of the job include attention to detail, ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and frequent overtime.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
