We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conference Room Setup and Delivery Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and resetting room venues, providing general assistance for conferences and meetings, and driving company vehicles to deliver food and beverages to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain Food & Beverage stations, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Deliver food, beverages, equipment, and supplies to different campus locations, adhering to strict timelines and protocols.
  • Operate and maintain delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Assist with audio visual systems and equipment, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Provide on-site assistance at event venues, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure safety and security during emergencies, taking prompt action to mitigate any risks.
  • Set and reset tables for daily service and functions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain bars and track liquor inventory during events, adhering to strict regulations and protocols.
  • Attend to guest inquiries and provide information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete shift activity reports and record activities, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school graduation and valid driver's license, with a strong emphasis on safety and responsibility.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
