**Job Summary**
Innomar Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings, including patient homes and specialty clinics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer medications and infusions in patient homes and specialty clinics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of treatments.
- Assess and monitor patients' responses to treatments, identifying and reporting any adverse events or concerns.
- Complete thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on medication use and infusion procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
**Requirements**
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the province.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on infusion therapy and patient care.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
