Key Responsibilities:

  • Support members and clients in using technological tools and applications to conduct transactions and operations independently.
  • Work closely with personal finance advisors to improve service delivery and enhance the overall member experience.
  • Collaborate with wealth management advisors to develop strategies and offer investment, financing, and insurance products that meet the needs of our members.
