Prolenc Manufacturing Inc Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Prolenc Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to manufacture high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture parts to close tolerance.
  • Quality Control: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Tool Maintenance: Maintain and adjust production machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Machinist Trade Certification.
Work Environment:

Our manufacturing facility is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
