Job Title: Nurse Aide

MEDICARE STAFFING SOLUTION INC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Assist with patient transfers, including lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and ability to prioritize patient needs.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
