About the Role

Crop Defenders Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records
  • Negotiate with clients to provide agricultural services
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Maintain the bee yard and beekeeping equipment
