Job Title: Construction Trades Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Job Summary:

The Construction Trades Helper will assist our experienced tradespeople with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and performing routine maintenance work. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Handle heavy loads and work at heights
Requirements:
  • Will train
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding role
