About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our Retail Team Lead team at Advantage Solutions Inc. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of shopping experiences and delivering on our purpose of connecting people with products and experiences that enrich their lives.

In this role, you'll provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, ensuring that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You'll also support leadership with reporting and training, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, including building displays and end caps, and resetting shelves.
  • Support leadership with reporting and training, utilizing your merchandising expertise to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retailers and suppliers.
What We Offer
  • Competitive wages: CAD $18.00 per hour.
  • Availability: Monday - Thursday.
  • Early start times.
  • No nights or weekends.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location.
  • Willingness to independently travel locally within your assigned territory.
