Position Overview

Procor Limited is seeking a dedicated individual to support our financial operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate processing and management of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly processing of invoices from the Repair system.
  • Creation of manual invoices for various miscellaneous charges as needed.
  • Management of customer credits, including processing and reinvoicing, while maintaining a comprehensive credit log.
  • Posting of approved invoices within the ERP system.
  • Preparation of manual invoices for scrap collected from repair sites, along with maintaining a log of scrap dealer purchase tickets.
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations, both internal and external.
  • Participation in physical inventory counts.
  • Execution of G/L journal account corrections and reconciliations.
  • Processing customer invoicing and ensuring uploads to customer portals.
  • Additional related responsibilities as assigned.
