About the Role:
Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage every client in a welcoming manner, building strong relationships and delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing Pandora's specialized selling model (SPARK) and product knowledge.
- Product Knowledge: Introduce shoppers to multiple categories of product to build brand loyalty and maximize sales results.
- Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual directives, including setting trays, walls, and zones, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
- Store Operations: Execute visual refreshes, uphold exceptional cleaning standards, and attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred.
- Customer Service: Superior customer service skills and a passion for the customer experience.
- Communication: Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be 18 years of age or older, able to stand for long periods of time, and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
