About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Toronto 6IX Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operations of our security team.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Other Benefits
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule of 30 hours per week.
  • English Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required for this role.
