Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the District Sales Supervisor, the primary responsibility of the Retail Operations Leader is to foster a positive shopping atmosphere, cultivate loyal customer relationships, and achieve remarkable business outcomes by guiding and motivating a high-performing team. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and traffic generation through digital channels. You will exemplify strong leadership by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, while also maximizing store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales and productivity goals.

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
  • 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in a fashion retail setting, or equivalent leadership experience
  • Passionate about fashion and dedicated to customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to foster an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning through sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
  • Demonstrated flexibility, innovation, and urgency in responding to a dynamic business landscape by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
  • Proficient in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs
