About Fanshawe College

Position Type: This is a full-time support role (35 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Operations Manager for the Faculty of Business, Information Technology, and Part-Time Studies, the incumbent will undertake tasks related to academic planning, which includes scheduling, managing the Standard Workload Formula (SWF), and providing curriculum support within the Faculty.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic office environment with a focus on customer service.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; preference will be given to candidates who meet the educational qualifications.
- Proficiency in software applications (word processing and spreadsheets), ideally within an educational context.
- Familiarity with the education sector, including knowledge of scheduling, SWF processes, and curriculum support.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
