Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and revenue received.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team Lead to resolve complex billing issues.
- Work with Inspection Centres to resolve discrepancies and follow up on inspection fee-related issues.
- Maintain high service levels and adhere to departmental statistics.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
- Flexibility to work a shift ranging between 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts may be required.
