About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Oxford College of Canada Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for our educational materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Illustration: Develop and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and designs for our educational materials, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources.
  • Storyboarding and Concept Development: Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions, such as multimedia, interactive, and digital products, and television advertising and productions.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations to meet their communications needs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, including preparing sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.
  • Collaboration: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in InDesign, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, team player, and creativity.
Work Environment

Our office is located in a hybrid work environment, with free parking available. Public transportation is also accessible.
