Position Overview:
As a vital member of Falconridge Dental, the Dental Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional oral care to our patients. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and patient-centered communication to ensure the highest standards of dental health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health to identify and address dental issues.
  • Utilize diagnostic imaging technologies, including X-rays, to support patient assessments.
  • Administer a variety of dental treatments, such as cleanings, extractions, fillings, and cosmetic procedures like whitening and bonding.
  • Provide local anesthesia to patients as necessary to ensure comfort during procedures.
  • Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  • Perform screenings for oral cancer as part of routine examinations.
  • Prescribe necessary medications, including antibiotics and pain relief, based on patient needs.
  • Maintain strict sterilization protocols for all dental instruments and equipment.
  • Take accurate impressions for the creation of custom dental appliances, including mouthguards and dentures.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
  • Valid state license to practice dentistry.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dental practice setting.
  • Proficient in the use of various dental tools and technologies.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
