  • Possess 10+ years of proven experience in IT, with a strong focus on application architecture leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional team management skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Exhibit mastery of the 5 key IT Architecture models, showcasing a deep understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of both application and IT infrastructure domains, enabling holistic decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Be fluent in both French and English.
