Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Life Valuations Actuary to lead our team in financial reporting work. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will be responsible for overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on valuations work focused on US and Canadian GAAP and STAT
- Mentor junior staff and guide model projects for valuations
- Assist in setting targets and driving business strategy
Requirements:
- FSA or ASA designation required
- 8+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in the life and annuities space
- US and Canadian GAAP, STAT, and Tax experience; Solvency II experience is a significant plus
