About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to clients in community settings. As a Physiotherapist with Fraser Health, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalized care plans to promote functional independence and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client-centered goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their caregivers on mobility, transfer techniques, and independent living skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities to enhance clinical practice and patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an approved school of Physiotherapy.
  • Two years' recent related clinical experience in a community, geriatric, or rehabilitation setting.
  • Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC and eligibility for membership in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapy.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
