Propane Tanker Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Propane Tanker Inspector/Mechanic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, repairing, and testing propane tank loading and delivery equipment on highway propane tankers.
Responsibilities:- Install LPG Valves and Assemble Piping Equipment: You will be responsible for installing LPG valves and assembling piping equipment to ensure safe and efficient propane tank loading and delivery.
- Repair or Replace Broken or Malfunctioning Parts: You will diagnose and repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts of LPG pumps, piping, and metering systems used to load and unload propane trucks.
- Perform Pressure Tests: You will perform low and high pressure tests on tanks and their equipment using air and water to identify any faults and leaks.
- Repair and Replace Delivery Hoses and Fittings: You will repair and replace delivery hoses and fittings to ensure safe and efficient propane tank loading and delivery.
- Disassemble and Reassemble Faulty Equipment: You will disassemble and reassemble faulty equipment to replace or repair parts.
- Ability to Use Air Tools and Small Hand Tools: You must be able to use air tools and small hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Punctual Attendance: You must be able to attend work on time and be punctual.
- Eagerness to Work and Get the Job Done Right: You must be eager to work and get the job done right.
- Great Attention to Detail: You must have great attention to detail to ensure safe and efficient propane tank loading and delivery.
- Ability to Lift 70 Lbs: You must be able to lift 70 lbs to perform repairs and maintenance.

- Full-Time 8-5 Mon-Friday: You will work full-time 8-5 Mon-Friday as an essential service position.
