Overview:
Join MGR Workforce as a skilled Bobcat Operator and leverage your expertise in a vibrant and fulfilling work environment. We are looking for a dedicated and dependable individual to support various construction and landscaping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and effectively operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders along with other heavy machinery.
  • Engage in activities such as grading, excavation, material handling, and site preparation.
  • Perform heavy lifting and utilize hand tools, including measuring tapes and battery-powered drills.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure the timely and precise execution of tasks.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in operating Bobcat equipment and similar machinery.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Strong focus on detail and safety.
  • Good physical condition to meet the job's demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
