Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Retail Operations at Daruma Canada Trading Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in retail management, business administration, and economics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
