Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dry Wall Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to dry wall installation, repair, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting drywall to a high standard of quality.
- Performing demos on properties and rebuilding areas as needed.
- Heavy lifting, up to 50lbs, and operating a variety of tools.
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, both inside and out.
- Ensuring safety at each work site and following Occupational Health and Safety Codes and company policies.
- Reporting job progress to the Project Manager and providing updates through photos, paperwork, and job forms.
- Assessing the scope of each job and setting up required equipment.
- Performing water readings and completing tasks as outlined in the job scope.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Clean criminal record.
- Bondable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with texturing ceilings.
- Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of tools.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be a pleasant and happy individual who can work well with homeowners and our ServiceMaster team to deliver exceptional results.
